Jason Durant, 32, after robbing the National Iron Bank in April, was held captive after staff members in a hospital in New Milford, Connecticut reported his case to the police authorities. The identified first-time bank robber, while desperately escaping the crime scene, accidentally tumbled down a steep hill behind the bank, breaking his leg during the fall, and crashed in a plow blade at the bottom of the hill. Though bloody, he managed to drag himself to his car and sought help in the hospital. With only $2 at hand from the money he got in the bank, he also ended-up in jail.
