I believe that with the readiness of the people, the New Deal was able to save capitalism in the United States and rebuild the economy to be able to handle the successes of a booming economy, as well as be prepared for any failures that could happen in the future.
There hasn’t been another such plan that has been as successful as the New Deal, and it is mainly because Roosevelt had no opposition, either through the public or the government.
